Garage door: you follow the arm where it connects from the door to the operator. There should be a red handle on rope. Pull the handle down, and manually lift the door.
Gate : To open manually first turn the power off to the operator, then go to the operator and see if there is a foot pedal. If so, push pedal down and pull gate open. If there is no foot pedal call us for service.
